Hikmet Sevdican (1972) is chairman of the managing board of Achmea Mortgages since August 2024. Previously he was Director of Mortgages at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance. Prior to that, he was responsible for Rabo Fund Management. Earlier in his career, Hikmet was Managing Partner at Dynamic Credit Partners Europe, a board member of the Association of Investment Analysts, and held various investment management roles at APG and Robeco.

Johan Dijkstra (1980) is CFRO of Achmea Mortgages since August 2024. Previously he was Senior Manager of Finance & Control at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance. Johan began his career in 2007 at ABN AMRO, where he held various roles in the Mortgage division and Group Controlling. For the last six years, he was active in the Private Banking division, first as CFO at ABN AMRO MeesPierson, and later as Head of Commercial Steering & Client Analytics.
